Before you go to bed put toothpaste on them, it will dry them out.
Tea tree oil is good but don't get it near your eyes, aloe vera is good too. Avoid the temptation to squeeze them, they will take longer to clear up.
Don't clog them up with soap or shower gel.
Good Luck!!

I get the odd spot,
I use soap and water to wash with, I never use perfumed products or those with moisturisers in as I then really break out.
If I have a nasty one, I wait for a head to form and then squeeze. If nothing comes out I leave it alone, if you continue to to crush the skin you will end up with a red scabby splotch that may become infected. Do not pick the scab...just leave alone.
For a really big juicy one, I put zinc oxide cream on it (for babys sore Bottys) it dries it out really well.
But generally watch what you eat, wash twice daily, and keep away from any moisturisers that contain lanolin...it is the lanolin that blocks the pores.

Clearasil Ultra is really superb, but i have a homemade one for you that does your skin a lot of good, take a washing up dish and fill it with some boiling water, then get a towel put your head over the dish and cover the top of your head with the towel (so the steam doesnt just all go away) it gets really hot so keep taking a breath but i assure you it REALLY cleans your skin; watch out though be careful with that hot water and good luck.

Simply, just before you go to bed, apply a little toothpaste to the offending area. The ingredients in toothpaste help dry them out and gets rid of anything under the skin. Do this daily until the area cleans up. Worked for me.

Spots are caused by what is going on on the inside rather than what you apply on the outside. Though scientists say that there is no evidence that chocolate causes problems, in my experience chocolate certainly does! So avoid it. Drink lots of water. Boring, but it does help to clear your system out.

If you can leave the spot until it is showing a yellow head, put a dollop of toothpaste on it before going to bed, really dries it up and as long as you are not tempted to squeeze it, will not be red and angry looking.
