If the avacado is ripe, you can use a potato masher or even a fork. If you have a hand held electric beater, that would be the easiest option. The avacado will break down easier if you add some of the lemon juice. Add chopped tomato if you have it. Maybe a neighbor has a garden with some fresh tomatoes. (yum) Mince the onion and garlic and grab some chips and you should be good to go.

Guacamole
Yield: 1 batch
3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.

Mash avocado , add one pinch of salt 1/8 tsp of garlic, 1/4 cup diced tomato(optional)diced and seeded jalapeno pepper(optional)1/2 tsp of sour cream.Stir well and eat with tortilla chips. I don't like lemon in mine, it changes the taste.

just mash the avocado, chop lemons and onions as small as you can, and the garlic. when putting them in keep tasing so you get it to how you like it, i like putting tobasco, or sweet chilli sauce as well the great thing about cooking is you can just about make it up as you go usually
