My hair was healthy before I moved here 8 months ago, so I feel the hard water is to blame.

try rinsing with vinagar before conditioning. it will remove the soap and hard water build up on your hair.

There is a shampoo called hard water from mattrixs and its blue that I use to use but I didnt like the smell.

um i just found a shampoo i absolutely love for my formerly frizzy hair

its herbal essences new line of hair products, and its called none of your frizzness. i have the shampoo, conditionerand leave in conditioner. its great!

why dont you catch some rain water in a bowl(nothing made of tin)something made of glass,because where you get the hard water from is the pipes in your house.the rain water will make your hair soft.

use lots of conditioner
