Oh yeah. It depends on how they are balding. There is this guy at work that is slightly balding at the back of his head yet he is very sexy! That guy that did those Transporter movies is super hot and he is balding too. Now when they start to look like grampa then the attraction is lost. But it is all in the body and the strut. If they look smooth and act smooth then they are sexy.

No it's not a turn off. I know some girls who like dating bald men so it's not bad.

There are definitely a lot of balding men even in their 20's that are hot. Personality should outdo it all

Hair, or lack of hair is not the highest on my list. Intelligence, personality, sense of humor, healthy lifestyle are usually the first things I look for.
