I did not ask for them and am not being charged for them. How did they turn them on from my box?

better to be safe than sorry. call the cable company and explain to them that you didnt order the premium channels, but for some reason, the tech left you with the premium channels and you want them taken off of your cable, or the next thing you know, in 3 months, you will be getting a bill for premium channels. it's their way of sneaking them in on you. when you call, they will have some kind of scheal about it being free for a 90 day trial etc etc etc. i would be telling them to remove the premiums, and if you can, tape the conversation and make a copy, so if anything is said, after the fact, you will have proof that you called on a certain date to have the premiums removed.

Sometimes, when they've done repairs and especially when it's a new installation, they will leave premium channels on for you to preview, for a limited time for free. In hopes that you will order them. But, best to be safe and ask them.
