i don't know about hairloss, especially for guys, but for girls, it helps if you tie your hair up if it's long enough when you sleep, and when you go to windy places too. For dandruff, T Gel kind of worked for me. But then again, it wasn't the best because my case was pretty intense. So I started washing my hair more often. About every 2 days or so. That definitely improved it. And resist scratching as much as you can. Even if it's itchy, if you dont scratch, it can't get a lot worse in a matter of hours.

If you are experiencing dandruff and abnormal hair loss, then you might have an infection of some kind, or something like a dermatitis or something that needs to be treated. I suggest that you go to a dermatologist and have a doctor check it out and make a diagnosis and treatment plan for you. We cannot know what the cause is of your dandruff, or your hair loss. To play it safe, it is better to see a doctor.

To cure dandruff you can start out by trying a mild shampoo, stronger shampoos can irritate and dry out your hair making dandruff flaking worst. You can use a dandruff shampoo. You pour apple cider vinegar on the scalp, massage then let it dry for a few minutes then wash as normal. You can add a few drops of tea tree oil to your shampoo.

For dandruff try using lemon juice mixed with coconut once a week. After leaving it for 15 minutes use a herbal shampoo.
For hair loss....use Puritan's Pride vitamins for hair or Bounty's Nature Vits for Hair. They are wonderful with no side affects.
