I make a difference now, I vote, I work,pay taxes and dont expect anyone to give me something for nothing. I also have reported illegals. And yes the INS has deported them.

Good post! If this material is valid as stated, I understand a private citizen could initiate action by law enforcement agencies in the US against any business that maybe or is employing illegals.
I also interpret the laws in this site, to indicate a private individual could recieve civil compensation if it could be proved that Illegals where in the work place within the peramiters of the law as stated.
I wonder how long it would take for biz folks to stop the practise of hiring illegals if they were being sued at every turn for such.
There are a lot of hungry, agessive lawyers out there just spoiling for an oportunity to obtain judgements, inorder to line their pockets.
Perhaps this is the way. Interesting thought.
I know that I could use some cheap labor to do some things I need done but have refused to hire what are in my mind, clearly illegals, working for less at the expense of Americans who would or could do the work.
So I suffer having no one who can do the work because I want to do things legally. Yet another loss of well being due to illegal immigration. It's got to end and soon!
I will discuss this with my attorney as see what he has to say on the matter.

Aiding and abetting, and/or harboring, is a crime, the last 20 years have seen 'soft shoe' enforcement, but I think that 'kindness' has now been mistaken for weakness, and we're looking at a Brave New World with 6.6 billion people in it, and Congress is going to have to figure out their long-term strategy on immigration, or it's gonna suck to be us. I don't particularly care for the idea of paying what will ultimately amount to astronomical taxes to provide free medical care to illegal aliens,
or to pay for the jails and prisons that'll ultimately accompany all this 'growth' they're always on about. The only 2 things we've seen really 'grow' over the last several years have been the ranks of the poor, and the national debt. Congress is going to have to 'take point' on this and many other issues, and keep pushing for good fiscal management in all endeavors. There are such things as 'voter accountability', and 'recall elections'.
Make sure to vote in November, for people that 'get it' on illegal immigration...

i will vote in november to stop the criminals and the illegals they hire and protect..something needs to be done about the invasion of the illegals and soon..people need to quit hiring illegals and let the citizens of the usa do the work..im all for putting people in prison who hire an illegal to do work for them or shelter them or feed them..encluding churchs..if you dont like our laws go home..
