the noise is a continuos humming. well if this is the problem does anyone know how much the dealer charges to fix this, parts and labor.

Assuming that you are referring to a rear wheel drive vehicle where the hub & rotor are one piece, the servicing tech failed to install the new hub & rotor assembly properly. It sounds like he overtightened the adjustment nut and ruined the bearings. Take it back to the dealer at once or you will cause further, and much more expensive damage.

Does the noise diminish when you turn the car? And if so, which way? If so, it can determine which side the problem is on. If the sound diminished when you make a right hand turn, your left side/driver side hub bearings need attention. What kind of car do you have? On newer model cars, the bearings cannot be repacked, they must be replaced.

did you install and grease the new wheel bearings correctly ?
Is the noise louder on one side than the other?

If it has wheel bearings I hope you packed them with grease.

did you repack those bearings replace those shoes or pads?
