Go to an Oil Company's web site in the area you are interested in...I'm sure they will have positions for food service on oil rigs.

Try looking up either Universal Catering or Aramark Catering in either Houston TX or New Orleans LA ,They do 90% or more of the catering offshore on the rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.
