No - the concept of the triumvirate - god, son, holy spirit being one was decided much earlier in the early 300's - of course believe Christians would say it became the date of his birth in 4 B.C.E.

Just read the gospel of John chapter 1,verses 1 trough 14.
You'll find the truth(Jesus is God since the beginning).
The problem is some people accept Him and some people don't.
that's why you find different opinions about when Jesus become God.Let say,you ask a Christian when Jesus become God;They gonna tell you:He is been God forever.Ask some body Else and they gonna give you some dates on when He turns into a God;Ask a Muslim or an atheist and they gonna tell you than He is not a God.
Now if you believe than He is God(This is the truth),you have to accept He is God since the beginning, because a real God can not be created otherwise is not a real God(specially humans,we cannot create gods, people only can create idols). So Jesus do not was only human and than become God;He was already God and than become" flesh",but even than, He never stop from been God.

Sorry, Jesus was never the Son of God, nor was he ever God.
God says in the Qur'an:
(4:171)
O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God.

He never did--never was --and never will he be.
The word Trinity does not appear in the Bible because it is a man-made doctrine.
Acts 3:13 states--"The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let Him go." (New King James Version)
If Jesus is God's servant, then they cannot be equal.
At John 14:28 it states: "You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I."
If the Father is greater than Jesus, they cannot be equal. -No mention is made of the holy spirit, because it is God's active force, not a person.
This is why many believe in such man-made doctrines:
2 Timothy 4:3-4---" For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables."
Jesus will rule as King for a limited time (during the thousand years following Armegeddon) then the Kingdom will be given back to his Father as 1 cor 15:24,25 states--"Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. (The last enemy will be death)

In the beginning was the Word (the Logos, Jesus, the Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God. St John 1:1
The Word (the Logos, Jesus, the Christ) became flesh and dwelt among (humans) ... and we (humans) behold His glory, the glory of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. St. John 1:14
Micah, centuries before the Nativity, prophecied of it: "But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.". Micah prophecied the place of His birth (of God becoming also human); even to the distinguishing of which "Bethelehem". And Micah also declared that this Jesus, born in Bethelem, is He who has been "from of old, from everlasting".
So, Jesus was, from Everlasting, God. His status changed at the Incarnation, when He became, also, Human.
Read your New Testament. You will find that the people of the first century understood His claiming to be God.

Jesus never became God. Jesus is as is God is.
If ever, the earliest year recorded would be God in the year 7 days before creation of earth and man, and by extension, Jesus in God or through God.

Prob the Council of Nicea in the 4th century (325 AD).
"The purpose of the council (also called a synod) was to resolve disagreements in the Church of Alexandria over the nature of Jesus in relationship to the Father; in particular, whether Jesus was of the same or of similar substance as God the Father"
Arius believed that Jesus was separate and created by god, he was voted down big time by the "orthodox" bishops.

Jesus was always God. John 1:1 tells us this. But you are right it was not accepted by all Christians until after the Council of Nicea in 325 AD.
