Pilates and yoga. It works your core, and with that it will help to tone your stomach and the rest of your body. I lost a lot of weight recently, and had extra skin literally hanging. It was quite disgusting. After I got into a routine of doing Yoga and pilates every day, not only did I feel calmer, but I look a LOT better too.
If you need a few specific workouts or DVD's to get, e-mail me ir IM me, and I can let you know which ones I use. They work great.
Good luck

do crunches and situps but hold a heavy weight in your arms or behind your head at the same time a 5-10kg medicine ball is perfect , also make your feet higher if you put your legs up against a wall so only the top 1/2 o fyour body is touching the ground.situps n cruches r harder
also on the icline of each crunch either hold it a second or go up slower

Side crunches and reverse crunches, remember to suck your tummy IN when you do them, this will help strengthen your core for a flat and firm tummy!

Go running- that's the best way to firm and tone your stomach and abs. Pilates is also very helpful.

Hope your working your obliques as well! Also, tighten your stomach in towards your back when you do other excercises so that your core is always engaged and your tummy can benefit no matter what area you're working. Good luck!

You should add cardio to your workouts. It helps to lose the fat that's covering your stomach muscles.
