Suggested exercise for most people is a minimum of 30 minutes 5 times a week. You have clearly exceeded this.
Also there is time, when you body needs to rest as the muscles and tissues are rebuilding.
Can you take just a walk or dance to a few songs on Saturday or Sunday. Just do a few stretching exercises on those days, just to get to blood flowing. It is good to take a day of rest. God recommends it.
Have you been doing this routine for sometime? Seen progress, and feel good, and have energy. If so, then I think you are doing fine.

You are fine. Your body needs rest and you should rest on the weekends. it's fine..if you work out all week long without any rest..all you will do is make your muscles tired which is not good.

this is the best way your body needs to rest when you go on a fitness program they always want to rest a day or two keep it up

Your workout will be totally useless that way. On your days off, you need to do POWERLIFTING.

You need to rest. If you do it everyday, you'll get burned out on it.
