Yes, it should be wet and cold..If it is excessively runny, that would be the time to worry...or, for a puppy, dry would be a concern, especially dry and hot..that would call for a trip to the vet's.

Wet is normal as long as it isn't runny or having any type of discharge. Also a dry nose is also normal. Neither wet nor dry signal illness.

Yes, if its dry it usually means its sick or hot! Give it some cold water and if it doesn't get wet in a couple days take it to the vet!

yes, all dogs noses should be wet for just about all of the time, if the nose is dry sometimes they aren't feeling good, or they're very tired or they feel very warm, this is what happens with my dog.

I think dogs' noses are always cold and wet. If they're not, then something's wrong.

Yes his nose should be wet it meas its healthy and won't get sick its when his nose isn't wet that you should be worried.

Yup!That's normal.Wet nose is healthy... :-)
But if it's tooooooooooo wet, then maybe your puppy had a cough. (then u have to call the vet...)
