The emphasis is more on "knocking out" the fat.
I have a George Foreman Grill, and I don't associate healthy with it. It's great for sausages, hamburgers, hot dogs, cheesesteaks -- these things aren't healthy. The loose fat drains away though. I love the grill.

I agree with everyone else, he is not fat.
He's a big man, probably about 6'3, and he's a boxer. They need to have strength and power, and all of that "fat" is really muscle.

That's George Forman, a former prize fighter. What you're characterizing as fat he would call muscle or being buff, I suspect.

george forman? um i dont think he is fat, hes big but not fat.. well u can look it this way he was fat but after using is product he got a lil skinnier...check out pix of his young days i be scared to call him fat
