How do I tell my gf I'm leaveing for another province?

Ok here's the problem I dont know how to tell my gf that 1. I know longer want to be with her and 2. That I'm leaveing for another province.

The best way is to sit her down and tell her calmly yet rationally. I did the same thing with my boyfriend of 4 yrs. and he hated it at first hated me too but eventually we became great friends and we laugh about the fact.
