Don't be silly they are just yet another "loony" cult, God sare us from religious fanatics, Can you imagine if at the god bothers were to be transported to to where ever, get rid of those ***-holes of any religion, what a perfect world this could be?

Do they have a point? Certainly. At the same time I think many people miss the real point. The end of the age, any age, the "world" as we've known it in the past, doesn't mean that nothing else happens after that ending. Neither does it mean the cessation of existence. It means that after this age has passed a new one will begin. And that, I believe, is the real point. Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Neither. Its just a thing. It is what it is, nothing more, nothing less. How we view it is a matter of personal perspective. ~ Peace & Blessings ~

I think it's a very dangrous thing to take the "accepted" interpretation of Revelations and believe wholeheartedly in it. The symbolism is incredibly vague and obscure, and there should really be some more viewpoints on it before people throw their lives into it.
I also think this is a major contributor to a lot of environmental problems we have today, since I've heard the "Jesus is coming back, who cares about the earth?" line more times than I can count.

I like that answer "why worry about what isn't happening" The trouble is that it is happening before your eyes in the news. Somehow everyone wants it to be like McDonalds and come instantly.. It is happening and peace is leaving this world.. Nuclear war is around the corner...
Rev 6:4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
Don't let me spoil your parade, just keep thinking that nothing is happening. In every area life is falling apart. After 9/11 our whole way of life has changed. Freedom to travel, natural disasters, obcession of countries to be nuclear powers, our money is buying less and less..

Remember, the author may well have been stoked up on some interesting mushrooms at the time.
Would you listen to the insane ravings of a drug addict?
Try a dose of LSD. You too can be a prophet, if you don't go flying out of a window first.

Why worry about what isnt happening? Nobody is sure doomsday will come, but everyone knows we all die sooner or later. So, just enjoy what life you have.
