that person has not updated their 360 in months and has not responded to a message asking "How's it going?"

I know a lot of people get on here and then loose interest. What is the proper etiquette in this situation?

if the person is merely an internet friend, i'd feel free to remove him whenever i was ready. it would be a good idea, if you feel like you'd like to continue even a 360 relationship with the person that you should e-mail him and say something like, "since we haven't had any additional communication since xxxx, I intend to delete your profile from my "friends" list. Please let me know by the end of this month if you object."
However, if the person is a real-life friend, you may want to discuss directly with him what his thoughts are on the subject. You can go ahead and maintain him as your "friend" even tho' he's been inactive for months on 360.
I hope this helps.

Check now! Depends if you are a fast friend or your friend is an acquaintance. Personally, treat the person as you would yourself: you won't want to be given up on that easily, would you?

Make sure you have an updated address. Most people changing address do not and are not always able to get everyone up to speed.

Try a search engine with key words that this friend might commonly associate with.

Alternative phone contact or snail mail?

There are people out there who have little clue that their email may automatically tag your mail as "junk" and therefore never reach the "in-box".

Alternatively, know a friend of a friend or social circles that may have contacted that person ?

It would not be surprising if that person was thinking the same of you, with a wrong email address.

Well....believe me, I had gone through similar circumstances a couple of weeks ago.....but some inner voices told me not to react harshly by deleting a friend....(I mean a net friend). Instead I wrote an email asking the friend about her silence....and later it revealed that she was hospitalized for a considerable period and in fact, she had asked one of her class friends to send me offliners on YM regarding her non-availability for a specific period. But as usual her friend simply missed the urgency and didn't care to do so.....here I was as furious as anything,.... but thank God...I kept cool and had decided to wait for a week more. And the mist was not more...and we are going great once again. Hope something similar to happen with you. Just don't cause the nice relationship to get disturbed simply on the ground of etiquette.

you may look at what video games are meant to be made for all of us and decide from those titles what the suitable device is. Barring that, look on the actuality that the two are "meant to be" backwards nicely matched, and spot regardless of in case you like the video games for the PS1/2 (and PSP, because of the fact the PS3 is meant to have a connectivity function, however dial-up purchasers pay attention), or in case you like XBOX video games. case in point, i've got been an extremely final delusion participant because FFVII got here Stateside--the 1st one, because that identify's appeared to have generated dissimilar sequels--so i'm predominantly Playstation, yet I additionally like Pokemon video games (ok, snicker it up), so i will play Nintendo once I could have the money for it (precise now i've got merely have been given the GBA SP, and that i might desire to replace the NDS that I fried final 12 months, so no console video games yet). Nintendo's additionally in my choose because of the fact they have started making FF and Mana video games of late. I additionally like Digimon international, yet because i've got have been given the the PS1 for the 1st 3, i will in all probability get the PS2 version for DW4...till I examine on the gameplay useful factors and storyline and regardless of else and locate out i like the Nintendo version of the activity greater powerful. Sorry i will't do greater powerful; i've got continuously long handed by using the video games obtainable, and not in any respect could understand the console wars that persons continuously bypass on approximately. Why shrink the video games you could play merely because you think of the console itself is greater powerful? yet it is how I view it, and there needless to say are not that many accessible who see it that way, with how usual the console wars are. As to BluRay vs HDDVD...have not executed plenty learn yet on that one, however I did arise with a internet site that supposedly compares them--'supposedly' because of the fact they may well be biased in choose of one or the different first of all, so it rather is tough to declare if it rather is somewhat what you're searching for. Oh, and you additionally must look at value--value of the console, value of any upload-ons you would be attracted to and what varieties of upload-ons may well be made, and value of the video games themselves. And gg noob? "sons and daughters' video games" for Nintendo is a stereotype, too.

If they haven't responded in months, then it's obvious that they are no longer interested in communicating with you.
