I have just finished university and during the 3 years we were there this girl and me sent serious " I like you" signals to each other, although we only spoke once. Im 90% sure she fancied me and Im crazy about her. Shes on facebook and I clicked on "add friend" and she accepted even though we only spoke once. How do I break the ice and take it a step further???

Are you even going to be in the same area?
If you like her, call her. Talk to her. Meet her for an afternoon of something enjoyable outdoors, such as a walk along the river, in the park, etc.
If she has similar feelings she will respond. Ang going out in such a casual manner will also mean that, if you were mistaken about her feelings you are not being rejected after a "date". But DON'T tell her that if she doesn't like you your world will crash down around you!
She won't know how you feel if you tell us but not her!

send her a message to meet some place for lets say lunch. you know she'll say yes, so theres no fear of rejection there. then you can get to know each other better and see where it all goes from there.

Ask her if she wants to go out for lunch sometime. The worst she can say is no ty. You will never know unless you talk to her. COMMUNICATION!!!!
