It is so loud that you can hear it from across the room! Then after I eat it stops. I dont have enough time to eat in the morning, which is when it growls. Is it abnormal that it growls so loudly? Thanks!

Everybody's stomach growls when they are hungry. Try to pick up a banana or snack bar and eat it before you get to work.

No it isn't. I have the same issue. The best thing that you can do is to try to eat a little something in the morning. Just grab a quick snack as I do like a piece of fruit like an apple. orange, banana or something. Perhaps a cup of yogurt or even a fruit bar. If you can't do that drink some orange juice or apple juice. All are very quick to eat! If that doesn't stop the growling make sure you have some antacids with you at all times and take one when the growling becomes excessive. Hope this helps!

I have the same problem. And i solved it drinking a full vase of yogurt in the morning (I add a little water to it so I can drink it quicklier). Only Yogurt, nothing else. It keeps your stomach filled, gives you quick energy, and make you feel full a longer time than a fruit juice (for me it lasts until lunch hour ... about 5 hours after I drank the yogurt) . Any way you might loook for a phisician if that problem persists.

That's your body's way of telling you that you need to eat. Can you grab something on the go? Like toast, a cereal bar or something to put into your stomach so it won't growl? That's the best solution I can think of.

It is not abnormal, the sound is the contracting of your intestines moving gases that have accumulated in your stomach or the evening. There is not way around it then to wake up earlier and eat something.

It is normal for it to growl. You need to take the time to eat.

This happens to me, I have the perfect remedy, buy some cans of mixed fruit or buy some bananas and eat that every two hours, that is healthy, keeps your blood sugar in check.

Put a package of crackers in your purse. Nibble on them on the way to work/school. This will give your stomach something to do, and will "settle" it so that you're not eating something too heavy for lunch to appease it.

How about keeping some breakfast shakes, granola bars etc. on hand. That way you could just grab something to eat on the way to work or school...or wherever you're going!
