We are both Mammals, fur-bearing, milk-giving, warm blooded, creatures. Both are pack hunters, both predators, and fairly ominvorous. At some point we had a common ancestor...one group of them decided to head to the tree's and another group decided that running on all fours, really fast was just peach keen.
If it had not been for Dogs, man kind would have not spread out over the world, anywhere near as fast. As soon as man domesticated dogs, we spread like wild fire. Dogs due to their loyalty traits, and pack hunting/protecting abilities were the natural combination with Man, the inventor/hunter
