I normally wouldnt waste time on a question like this but here we go.
In the military, it is punishable under UCMJ to procreate in any unauthorized sex position. The only authorized position is the missionary position. A soldier is not allowed to "poke her in the butt" nor is a soldier allowed to "be poked in the butt" regardless of gender. Oral Sex is unauthorized and is punishable under Article 125: SODOMY. Article 120: Rape and Carnal Knowledge states that If you are soldier and unmarried, you will be punished by UCMJ if it is proven that you have Foreign Unlawful Carnal Knowledge "F.U.C.K." of a married women, regardless of who she is, or is married to. If you are a married soldier, is is unlawful to "****" someone other then your spouse and is punishable by UCMJ. UCMJ also says it is ilegall to "****" an animal of any type. It is ilegall to "****" another person under age 16 regardless of lenient state rules unless said persons are married. We all know about the don't ask don't tell policy so I wont go there. Prostitution is ilegall regardless of country.
If you have ever been to korea, you will know that it is unauthorized to "****" in a military vehicle, while on gaurd duty, in the barracks, on the commanders desk, in a turtle ditch, a tent, a bar, or at the re-trans site.
It is unauthorized for junior enlisted personel to "****" NCO's, Warrant Officers, or commisioned officers. It is illegal for NCO's and any non-NCO's to "****" and the same goes for any other "grade" of soldier" unless both individual's are married. It is unauthorized to "****" someone in your chain of command or under your command.

Yes, but only with me. lol. Yeah, in general you can have sex. The same laws apply regarding age, consent, etc. Sex between servicemembers is a bit more complicated though. Officers, and enlisted is pretty much a no-go. NCO's and lower enlisted non-nco's can cause trouble too. It's referred to as "fraternization". The rules are more lenient if the couple are'nt in the same unit. To two love-birds must also be of opposite gender, and certain sex acts are illegal for servicemembers to do. "Sodomy" in the military is'nt just, er, you know. It's more broadly defined as any sex act which cannot in itself lead to procreation. Also, (if I understood correctly) adultery can be prosecuted under the U.C.M.J as a crime, and one could be court-martialed for it. lol No, I'm no lawyer, it's just that every male serviceman pays VERY close attention when the classes on this subject come up. (no pun intended)

If you were a 1st Lt. and had the opportunity, would you make noise if someone could hear you? That took some real 'brain power' to come up with that kind of question there, Sparky.

No. Everyone in the military is a virgin and must stay that way. You get weekly exams to make sure you haven't been involved in any sexual activity. LMAO at the title.

Especially if you're married and you're having it with your spouse.
