after extensive research no prove of the existence of a native american immigration service was found, so it goes without saying
that the first illegal immigrants that sneaked in in north america
were the religous fanatics kicked out of the perfidous albion. so
what's the big deal with the so called "illegal immigration" now

The moronic simplicity of your premise belies any serious intent in your question. Attempting to identify migrants as illegal even before any laws had been established is ludicrous.

Those laws didn't exist at that time. You really can't describe them as the "first illegal immigrants" because it's not illegal if the law didn't exist. Illegal immigration is a whole different story these days. All of those people came together and worked thier tails off to found America and make it the country it is today. I assume you are talking about mexicans, only because that is what most people mean when they say illegal immigrant. Did you know that people are a product of their environment? People from 3rd world countries don't understand what is considered acceptable here, and they will always behave in what a lot of people consider a "lowly manner." They say they want to come here for a better life... only problem is they lower the standards and force Americans to live in lower quality environments.

It is call a War we faught they Native Indians and England
and formed the United States of America. Befor the White man came here or the Religous Fanatic as you call them there was nothing theses same people you say
Are the same people that invented the steam engine the Auto, Electricity, plastic and thn the Computor no other Country has developed as fast or as good as America.
So I am very glad they came at the time they were well comed by the Native Indians there were no borders They were not needed untill the Country was formed.
Like every other Country in the world there are boreder Why just because now we are being threatened and want a secure borders now we are racist

We need secure borders we need to collect every illeagle immigrant up and send them back from were they came from.

As you say there were not any REQUIREMENTS for a green card, thus having none was no issue, and NO ONE was illegal. For the first hundred years after the US was born things were generally the same. Then it became crowded. Cumulative numbers do matter.

There were no laws then. There are now.

or

The Native Americans entered their names in a data base and we now have all of their names recorded. The names are on a chip hidden in the head of a bear on a totem pole somewhere. LMAO
