Seriously tell her how sorry you are for how you treated her in the past, tell her you won't make the same mistakes again and you would like the chance to prove it and make sure you have red rose in your hand when you are saying this, a touch of romance goes a long way!

forget the past, because it's just past that couldn't be change. explain her how u feel in this moment, and make her sure u won't hurt again. if she still have feelings will understand. everybody has the right to get second chance. good luck.

Well, you should make her feel good again, like buy her some chocolate and a thing of roses, Every girl loves chocolate and roses (or at least she should) Then you should take her out on a romantic date and tell her that night.

be amazingly charming. If she's like me she's tired of being hurt. If you really tell her how much you care and do the sweetest things for her u might have a chance. That's a tough one though.

if you really mean it, then whatever way u chose to tell her, she'll believe u. if u make things a bit romantic it's definitely a plus. but what's she's probably looking for is some honesty and nothing too fancy. call her already!!! good luck!!
