"Your Grace" and a gentle bow if your are of the class of gentlemen or curtsie, for ladies. If an elder address a Duke, a nod may suffice or the Duke would politely return the bow in any case.

A hand shake would suffice if not a formal public setting and indication has been so given by the aides.
