He made animal sacrifices for all of his children on an alter for God to watch over his kids. The devil was forbidded to come near his children because God would not let him. In these times we can't do that but we can place our hands on our children and pray for them. would you do that for your kids?

Praying for you children is one of the best things you can to for them and praying with your children is also vital and important.
I have no children but I have a lot of nieces and nephews and spiritual children God has sent to me and when I hold them for the first time I say a blessing over them and I pray for their lives and their future.
When my husband and I would babysit our nieces and nephews before bedtime he would pray with the nephews and I would pray with the nieces,
Yes If I had my own children I would pray for them daily Prayer is a investment that lasts for eternity.

Job lost everything, even his children. He got new children, but does that sound okay to you? Of course, it is just a story, but no, I would not do that for my kids. I would raise them, love them and protect them with my life, though.
