I don't recommend it, but drink lots of water, take mineral oil laxatives every night, and exercise like crazy, two hours a day.
You should lose 18-25 pounds in 30 to 45 days.

why does everyone say u can't lose 20 lbs a month? it's completely possible, but really does depend on how much you already weigh for your height, if you're 20 pounds overweight which I am assuming you are, then yeah, you can do it, try a goal of 5 pounds a week. It'll drop off easier the first weeks. If you don't eat a lot then you'll lose the weight as short term goal. The main thing is what you eat, you can exercise a ton and eat a ton and you'll look disgusting. You can lose 20 pounds in a month, but nobody says it'll stay off. You'll look for about two weeks if you go back to your old habits.
