Why do i get the feelling that EVERYONE is watching me when i go to an adult toy store?

I think for many people sex was always such a taboo act that was that was not openly discussed while growing up. Then you have many religions who try to teach that sex before marriage is a sin. Due to these two factors many have been made to feel guilty about their sexual being. Then you throw novelties in on top of that and it makes the act that much more "sinful," thus for some creating higher levels of guilt. Most people, when they feel that guilty, become more aware of their surroundings, their own actions, and the actions of others.

Well all those people that are in the store with you are obviously there for a similar reason. Haven't you ever been somewhere and saw something that someone else had and you wanted to also get it? Those people are probably thinking the same things. Don't be shy to go in and look around and take your time. Besides you won't ever see those people again so just try not to worry about them.

It's because you're nervous. No that's in there really cares. They're in there too! Don't be nervous be confident. if people are staring your confidence will surprise them and make them say "why am i nervous when they're so confident?"
