In order to gain weight, one should consume more calories than he or she burns. That is not always easy as you have to push yourself to the edge to get more into your stomach.

Some advice how you can eat more:
- have frequent meals; this will allow you to eat more when you are full after one meal
- eat fast; your stomach signals to your brain that it's full. When you eat fast you can eat more before you feel full.

In order to gain more weight, you should:
- consume high-calorie drinks such as milk and juice
- consume high-calorie foods that do not contain too much saturated fats but are high in proteins and carbohydrates.

An example of an extensive meal would be this:
- 100 g breakfast cereals + 1 dl milk
- 2-3 pieces of meat with much potatoes and vegetables
- 1 small bread for dinner
- 100 g breakfast cereals + 1 dl milk

Drink milk at morning and juice in the afternoon.

You should also carefully log your gains of weight. If you have achieved your ideal weight, you might want to lower your intake of calories a bit, as you may still gain weight while consuming the same amounts of food.

Lift some weights. It will add muscle to your body helping you fill out your clothes. The muscle you add will be lean and give you a healthy look.

My friend is about 5'3" and was 98 lbs. She's very thin. She started lifting weights, and within a month and a half she gained 12 lbs. But it was good weight, she is stronger and she doesn't look so sick. She says her clothes fit better.

Drink Ensure, which will give you nutrition instead of empty calories.

Don't get caught up in eating junk food--you might gain weight, but you'll feel lousy/

Also, try strength training exercises.

Good luck and congrats on getting married!

First of all Gensing gives you energy and helps burn more calories. Do not take gensing. To gain you need protein. Go to your local GNC and get a protein shake mix. Drink one in the morning and one in the evening. If you need to drink one shake 3 time/day.

it depends on what you want to gain. If you want to gain mass and still look fit, try adding protein shakes, etc to build muscle bulk. If you want to add some serious curves, just up the calories to about 4,000/day watch adding things high in cholesterol, saturated fat, and sodium. Those are SERIOUSLY bad for your heart, blood stream, and blood pressure.
