if my daughter asked me that i would say to go out and do something daring like a parachute jump with my daughter something so exhilerating she would always remember it, i would want to have a huge family meal and only invite the people most special to me, and i would probably hug every attractive man i saw

Get up early to watch the sun rise, spend the day with those you love the most (and enjoy emptying your bank account) and finally watch the sun go down at the end of the day....

Write letters to everyone you know/love. Then do anything you've always wanted to do, and end the day watching the sun set.
