What are the questions that theists (especially monotheists) can never seem to answer?

For example:
Why is there evil and suffering if god is omnipotent, omniscient, and 100% benevolent?

or

Where did god come from?

If there were a god who created the Universe, how did he go about doing it? How did he produce something from nothing?

If life were the product of intelligent design, where is the evidence that intelligence can produce something as complex as life? I don't see any designers doing anything anywhere NEAR that complex.

If there is an intelligent designer, where is he?

A strong argument against God’s existence was the concept that evil would not exist if there truly were a God. The “assumption” is that since God is inherently “good”, then He would never have allowed evil, pain and suffering. This is a reason-based argument that is self-justified based on the initial assumption.

If reality is only God, then reality, as God, is inherently good. However, if we also assume, what is true in reality, that an “inherently good God” created us (people) with “free will”, then, it is not God causing evil, pain, tragedy, war and suffering; we do.

We need to learn to avoid evil, just like when a child touches something hot they learn to avoid it due to pain. We learn from our mistakes or grow from our tragedies, no matter how much we despair about them. Both happiness and pain are part of life. Tragedy is hard to accept and cannot be justified.

An “inherently good” parent does not protect their children from all harm and risk, they “let go”. So does an “inherently good” God. Since we have free will, we also have freedom and liberty, and that allows growth, happiness and suffering.

How is it possible that man is created by God, but God exists? How was God created?

Belief in a Creator does not require a leap of faith, even if we do not know how He was created. Why? The path from our existence to a Creator is clear and provable:

Step 1 - Cogito ergo sum: I think therefore I am; thus we exist.

Step 2 - Our existence is impossible without a Creator; thus a Creator exists.

However, the path from our Creator to the knowledge of who God is, how God exists is not known, for this information has not been revealed with certainty. All that can be stated is that:

Step 3 - Since a Creator is God, God exists.

It is impossible to fathom that time is without beginning, and space is without end. Therefore, it is hard to comprehend how can “we exist”?

Why? If the physical universe is incomprehensible due to its infinite nature, then life, which is far more complex, is more incomprehensible.

However: time “is” without beginning; space “is” without end; we “exist”; and, our existence “is” impossible without a Creator.

These are immutable facts. They are provable because they reach closure or definition at infinity. How are they possible? We cannot know, our minds are finite. Are they facts?

These are immutable facts. They are the fundamental basis of reality. We exist, thus, God the Creator exists. Without God, there is no existence.

God created our space/time universe and is therefore independent of time. That being the case, asking "where God came from" is like asking someone to draw a square circle. God exists in a dimension above time and therefore had no beginning.

Your first question can only be addressed if we understand that we serve a purpose. Man has a reason for being here and that reason involves choosing between good and evil. If all was good there would be no choice to make.

Oh they can answer those alright. But in order to do it they've had to create pseudo-logical rules that only apply to deities.

But in all fairness, there is another category of believer that won't be caught with this net . This species lives in waters not polluted by the run-off of anti-intellectual manure.

To these, only your second question would apply as they have little patience for the "common sense" notions of a nasty wizard who dictates fashion, diet, sexual preference, and scoffs at science.

Atheist can not answer those questions because they don't have a belief in God. Those question can only be answered by someone who believes and to be perfectly honest not many self proclaimed Christians can answer those questions either.
