This Russian chick played a friend of mine. He married her thinking she loves him. She got her Conditional Green Card 4 2 years, then one month before expiring she filled joined pettion 1-175 to remove the condition. The next day she dumped him. He reported her to the Immigration & I.C.E of playing him. I adviced him to do so coz he loved that Russian B*atchy & she ripped his heart out. Does reporting her help ? What will the Immigration do in her case ? He now filed for divorce & wrote a news articule in a local news(Pretty & Deadly) about getting screwed by the Russian girls looking for the Visa & faking love and warrning men to be carefull.

Wow! How classy! Running to the INS crying of being dumped... Your friend should get over it! This is life and life is not fare. People use and get used, you might not like it but it is a fact. And do not get me wrong I do not take sides - the girl could have been a complete witch but aren't we all like to blame someone else for ours misfortunes? Yes, the mail-order brides often come here as a way to escape hardship, poverty and even hunger but what do the men look for? For a pretty 20 year old with some college degree to take care, make food, love, babies and worship some 50 year old loser who could not find anyone in his own country and entertains himself with an idea of woman's eternal gratitude and servitude for "rescuing" her? Please! Wake up and go on with your life! I reserve my pity for those who truly deserve it!

Given that he has filed for divorce, he should submit evidence of that to immigration and then when they consider her application, they will see that she has a pending divorce and would force her to wait for it complete before they try to adjudicate her case.

He could submit the divorce information in the same way she submitted her application (I-751) and he should include a letter with her A-number on it and her full name along with pertinent information. He should advice the service that his marriage to the girl is over and that it is now in the courts for dissolution and respectfully request that they either withdraw the petition or remove his name from it as he would not like to be called to any interviews. He should note that the petition which was just filed was not done jointly and as he is not part of her life anymore and that she has since moved out.

He would then note that he is doing so because the girl that he marriage seemed to have tricked him into doing so in order to "bypass immigration laws".

The above should get the ball rolling on making it very difficult for her to remove the conditions and will make her work really hard for the card.

Why report her? Your "Friend." is an idiot and should have known better... therefore deserved what he got.

Everyone has some sort of idea what they are getting themselves into when dealing with "mail order" type women. They are looking for a way out of poverty and prostitution in many cases so you... as highly as you might think of yourself are really just stepping stones to many of them. If you got laid? Consider it a good day and just move along... Take your lumps and admit you screwed up! At the end of the day... If you have her sent back, is the life you will be subjecting her to really worth all your tiny little penile anger over being used? Everyone uses everyone else always... even in the best relationships.

Be real and leave her be. Maybe if you had an ounce of common sense you would not have allowed this to happen to you. You are really angry at yourself... so why don't you punish yourself instead of her?

And if you really are his "Friend" as opposed to that all too familiar fruedian friend, then you would quit putting it in his ear because you KNOW you wanted to do her too and your egging him on to punish her is reflective of the possibility that considering... it could have just as easily of been you.

Sorry to say but in some things I agree with pape.I mean he knew what he was getting into when he brought her here. Its like when a sports athlete cries "golddiger" after a girl gets pregnant shouting that they were tricked.I mean do they honestly think that a 20 something yr old girl was truly in love with their 40 something selves?Or that she really didn't care that he was married or had a gf.comeon now nobody is that innocent. As for reporting her to ICE I seriously doubt that they will do anything, because in reality there is no proof.I mean how can you prove that something already had something planned in their heads? She will probably just say that she was in love but than she found out he was a horrible person or simply just fell out of love with him.Be lucky that she doesn't get pissed off enough to say that she left him because he was abusive.Know many women who have gone down that route and it doesn't end up pretty.Either way hope your friend learns something from this little fiasco.Btw hope your friend didn't use her name in any form or fashion in that article cause then she could sue him for slandering.

Most legal immigrants I know are such by fake marriage.
You love legals , ha? Do you want each of us , illegals to marry for papers? Millions have done it and become US citizens!
If you report her, there will be no effect, so don't bother.
The poor girl had to do it: FRAUD IS THE ONLY WAY TO BECOME A LEGAL IMMIGRANT under current law.
US immigration system is broken. You need a new one urgently.

Ive heard of that happening.Hate to say it but more than likely if you report it they will probably sit on their hands, tell you they will call if they hear something( which they never will unless she tries something like trying to assassinate the president or something really stupid.I would still go ahead and report. I'm just saying don't expect much to happen.

That's a big problem here in the US. They will investigate. How long it takes depends on where he lives and how many investigators they have working in that area. More than likely they will arrest her and deport her back to Russia.
