I'm not sure Yahoo answers is the place to get an answer to your question. Nevertheless, I'll attempt to answer your question.
It's not really 911 that annoys some foreigners. While, reasons vary from country to country, most of it stems that the foreign policy of the US is determined by domestic politics. It is, quite clearly often a bid to win votes... Or, arguable in the interests of the individuals in power. Very rarely does the American government look at things from a global perspective (or how something affects the locals). And this has created friction between it and others.

There have always been countries that are not happy with us, however, I'm not sure which countries you're talking about. I can't think of any country who has closed their border to US citizens. No one has completely blocked our trade - at least none who haven't already done this - or set unrealistic tariffs against the US. As for the more violence issue in your Q, from other countries, I've not seen that.
I do know if you sail the normally friendly Caribbean that most islanders think - since you fly an American flag - you are wealthy and therefore become a target for theft. And some times a theft can get out of hand and a person could be killed. Been there, seen that.

think about how someone could just comeover here for no reason and just take you away to where you did'nt know or even know what a statute or code was and be subjegated to imposition of law you never heard of or know about and don't forget the fact that americans know the truth yet just let it continue. People are already came to the conclusion theres nothing we can do, while we sit in our cushy homes(temporarily) oppressed to the point of being at the throats of our own people instead of doing something about this fraud and treachery. it's all paid for by us peopleGov. does'nt pay for it, the people do, they pay themselves and its all they care about. This burden is the peoples and as long as you allow it the worst its gonna get. Ignore ur rights...and they'll go away. Vote them right out the window! of course they're angry, i would be too and already am.
people won't wake up, soon it will be too late. bush has set the stage at the rate the attorney general is letting him go_sweeping it under the rug we won't have any protection (constitution to protect us) because it will be no more. Look at the rate its being ammended, constatly pecking away till nothings left but tolatarian rule. you already signed away your rights for priviledges. You think foreiners don't see it? yeah they're mad alright but i for one am even MORE mad. They want anyone with const. rgts out of the picture, the sooner the better and thats where we're at.

I have no clue what you're talking about that other countries have more violence with us now and I suspect neither do you. A few other countries are unhappy with us because we mean what we say and in addition expose their corruption along the way.

It seems to me that when other countries need something we're the first place they come to ask for help, but now that we are trying to take care of our own country & it's people they are calling us selfish. Makes no sense to me.
