Good question. They should be tightened up. Bush supporters don't seem to care for whatever reason.

I have no problem with the NSA listening to my calls...I have nothing to hide. I don't mind waiting in line at the airport or having them go through my stuff...I have nothing to hide but I do want to feel safe in my own country. We are a country at war. This means we have to take extra precautions. They have put more patrols on the borders and now people are complaining that that's not right. Why don't Americans think we should take care of our own country & it's citizens for a change.

My phone isn't tapped, and the last time I flew I was treated fairly nicely at the airport. And the National Guard is currently at the Mexican border helping to secure things, they are due home next month.

When we take over mexico we will already have millions of voters here to support the change .
We are after the oil reserves and by having millions already here it makes it easy for us to take over . The ones here would be the first to join the military and defend mexico if they did not already live here .

excellent question! because we don't know what we are really doing. We like to be scared but we have to be told what to be scared of. I wonder if they are allowed to bring ' liquids ' across the border.......

we are looking for terrorists, not aliens. if a third of U.S. is Mexicans, it's much safer than having 10 saboteurs...
