Here in Oklahoma our bud beer is only 3.2%. If you go to Texas it is around 5-6%. I guess it depends on what the state will allow!

Each state has a alcohol %level, as well as in Canada. In my state it is 3.5. I have had beer in Canada that had a 8%. I prefer Canadian beer to US beer, better tasting to me.

Nope. It's because you're nearer the North Pole in Canada and the air is thinner. That's why you get drunk faster.

The ABV (alcohol by volume) should be listed on your can or bottle. If your drinking from draft, odds are it's between 4.0% - 4.5% avb. Canada could be different.
