You can do a juice fast for a few days, if you are healthy otherwise. Just make sure you drink enough juice and water.

You won't lose any weight permanently, but it will help you to kick off a diet afterwards.

Start a detox program you can get in health food stores or pharmacies, together with extra fibre intake (ground flax seeds) it will clean and rid your system of buildup toxins. You don't need to be on a liquid diet, just eat sensible and avoid the culprits, like refined sugar and saturated fats and junk food. Lots of veggies and lean proteins like fish and chicken. You will feel better and "unbloated" in no time ....Good luck!

Liquid diets are not good for detoxing. You should find a product that will cleanse your body from toxins while eating healthy meals.

Hmm... I'm no expert, but I think you're better off just eating really healthy for awhile. And take vitamins and drink more water.
