For eyes health, which is good lamp position on desktop?
I need others opnion.

If you are right handed, on your left so that the light shines on your work and not in your eyes.

I've heard the best thing is to use a lamp (floor lanp or lamp on a table) to "come from behind you at an angle"....and sunlight to come from behind you. then adjust your pc so you won't have glare.

For lighting on a desktop at home I think the light should be just above your work, to focus on your work if your work (paperwork) sits directly on the desk top.

you should put it on a corner of the desk n not poiting exactly to you!!!!
