Well Randy G read his answer in a comic book.One single meal will not make you gain weight,but the high carb count in the crust makes it a poor choice of food late at night.In order to lose weigh effectively you'll want to cut back on the carbs a little and the carbs that you do eat should be eaten early in the day and in divided feedings.The reason for both of these points is insulin.Insulin is a hormone who's functions include regulating blood glucose.When your blood glucose goes above ea certain thresh hold the sugar is then converted into fat and stored in your adipose tissue.So to summarize,one meal won't hurt but it's a bad habit to get into

It depends, did you eat a lot that day? Did you exercise? Pizza isn't all that bad, as long as you're "good" the rest of the day and you exercise. Try exercising for 30-60 minutes today to work it off.

Sure, You could gain weight or not.
Generally speaking, You could obtain gastritis by eating until late night. The important is that you should sleep after 1 hours after.
Hmmm,,, pizza and psata is not good food for health.
It shorten one's (span of) life.

I agree with Hedi. It depends on what else you ate and what you did that day. Plus one night of eating will not make you gain weight. Its continued late night eating with no exercise that will pack on the pounds.

I've read somewhare that the time of day that you eat isn't that important. Try to cut down on the total number of calories that you eat in a day.

yes dont eat anything after 8 pm your body needs 12 hours rest from eating so the body can recycle full
