Yes. Check Radio Shack and other electronic stores for alkaline battery chargers. Understand the limits, such as a very slightly less charge after the recycle and only a few (usually 10 or less) recharge cycles.

Alkaline batteries CAN be recharged but it takes a special low charge rate charger! A regular charger charges them too fast! Do a search for alkaline batterty charger in yahoo shopping! Watch the shipping costs tho!

look on the web for any basic circuit design of a battery charger, go to an electronics' parts shop n get all the required ICs and resistors/capacitors/inductors, n build up ur circuit with the proper connections...tht's a pretty professional way to get the job done..requires work, but its cool to make ur own circuits at times...u can even get cheap kits for different circuits in the market, much like Lego pieces in a packet which u join and solder together...

I wouldn't attempt to recharge an alkaline battery. They are not designed to be recharged and the risk of damaging something exceeds any cost savings you may get. It's just not worth it.
If you want to recharge your batteries just get rechargeable batteries.
