meat is good for your lab, but too much sodium can be harmful. so yes, you should feed your dog other foods. First and foremost, bread and milk are not good foods to give to dogs. this can cause bowel problems, and often dogs are very stomach sensitive to dairy. However, if you want to wean her off the meat, mix it with something else equally. then, gradually reduce the amount of meat, and increase the amount of the other food, until you find a good food mixture your dog will eat. I know people who mix meat with whole grains like rice, or soup broth. If you are into oranics, whole foods stores sell amazing food for dogs.

She shouldn't be eating any kind of people food--bread, milk, meat etc. Check with your vet for the best type of dog food for a 6 month old...probably puppy food. But the people food will not give her the nutrition she needs!

First off, dogs are carnivores. They prefer meat. Second, milk will enlarge the heart muscle, so you don't want to give her that. Ask your vet what he/she recommends. A lot of holistic people believe in feeding them what they ate in the wild, but there are some really good commercial foods out there that are close. I personally prefer Beneful by Purina.

Do not ever feed a dog milk. This puppy needs to be on a good quality dry puppy food - do not feed her human food.

Well their is a type of dog food that you can feed them and it has vegetables bread dairy and meat its really good!!

You shouldnt feed him/her people food it causes them to have an upset stomach...but if you need to then give the dog either cheese, scrambled eggs or a hot dog...those are all easy on there stomach..they also have dog gravy

dude dogs dont eat bread and milk ! dogs eat meat . i dont get it when people feed there dogs other foods like cakes and chips ect..

You should not feed her milk, it will cause diahrea.
Try mixing ground meat and rice and a few veggies (peas carrots, corn) all together

Withhold meat. And feed her dog food, not people food.
