The sermon was about what A Christian Church Can and Should do its best to be...

1. A community of believers in Christ who are committed to serving and living for God and for one another.

2. The one place on earth where you should expect to experience firsthand what the Kingdom of God looks, feels, and acts like.

3. A people who are committed to sharing the love of Christ with one another and with their community.

Cordially,
John

Unfortunately not. I just moved to GA from MI and my church home in MI has a new church here. Unfortunately, we have not yet migrated to full Sunday service--only once a month. Our weekly service is on Tuesday evenings (for now). I am going to find a similar church to attend here on Sundays until we start every Sunday service, though.

With that said, God is still good and my Pastor gave his sermon in my dream last night! Wow at that, huh?

All I could remember is that he told me to study the word PROW. I thought he said PROWL, but he spelled it for me to make the distinction. I had NO idea what that word meant (or even if it existed until you asked the question and reminded me of the dream). I just looked the word up, and here's what I found to be the key words:

VALIANT
LEADER (the prow is the most frontward part of a boat...the lead)

I needed to hear that at this time because my faith, my ministry and my heart is truly being tested right now.

So praise the Lord!

Blessings.
