In the last 2 weeks, I have been drinking Vodka and Red Bull, and my stomach has had pains and been going to the toilet a lot.
Now I have stopped drinking Red Bull, I have returned to normal.
On the tin, it says "Red Bull contains Taurine"

No, bull testicles are usually Mountain Oysters, Red Bull is just another name for a drink, that's all. :)

Hi levels of caffine. But the redbull that we get in this country is watered down a lot. Were in europe. It's a lot stronger. And it does mix well with vodka.

No - but it does have heaps of taurinne and caffeine - which gives you the 'wings'. It has heaps of B12 too so if you have an iron defiency its great for a quick fix.
