According to Jesus, no one knows the day or hour of his coming in judgment except the Father (cf. Matthew 24:36; Mark 13:32). No one obviously includes the Holy Spirit. Yet, if the Holy Spirit doesn’t know everything how can he be God?

Theologically speaking, the concept of Holy Ghost as ‘Filioque’(“a double procession”) was added to the Original Doctrine much later. As taught by the Greek theologians and advocated by St. Augustine, it simply makes the Holy Ghost a “go-between” communications or things that proceed from the Father and is received by an individual via Jesus Christ. One may argue that since the Holy Ghost emanates from God the Father, it is also God. In reality, this would only be possible if there was a "total emanation" (100% transfer). If that be the case, then the Primary Source has either annihilated Himself (Itself) or has produced a Clone. God the Father still exists and Christians with their Trinitarian Beliefs yet claim God is One.

Good question :)
The Holy Spirit is Omniscient (because the Holy Spirit is God).
Here is a brief synopsis of the Trinity:
There is only ONE God. He manifests himself in three personas/persons/manifestations for the purposes of the redemption of, and relationship with, human beings.
Contrary to what some people say, there is nothing irrational or illogical about this concept (of the Trinity).
For an explanation (and defense) of the doctrine of the Trinity, see http://www.godsci.org/gs/sect/doc/trinity.html

In Jesus, God voluntarily set aside some of his knowledge and abilities, and he chose to not access the knowledge of the time of the 2nd coming. The Holy Spirit was not within the range of topics being considered in the discussion (when Jesus made the statements that are recorded in Matthew 24 and Mark 13).
Cordially,
John

Yes, the Holy Spirit is omniscient, just as the Father and the Son are. They do have different roles, though, and that is the difference. An example of the Holy Spirit's omniscience is found in I Corinthians 2:10-11). He knows even the deep things of God.
The Holy Spirit's job is this: "Yet when the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. For he will not speak on his own accord, but will speak whatever he hears and will declare to you the things that are to come." (John 16:13)

All three persons in the Trinity are perfectly equal and the same. The Same power and the same justice. They are three PERSONS in ONE God. Not Three Gods. The Holy Ghost is God as much as Jesus and the Father is. "No one" does not include the Holy Ghost because He is God and Jesus obviously didn't make a mistake. Just because what He said is not written in black and white, doesn't mean it's not there. Who are you to think you understand everything Jesus says and does?

If you believe in the Holy Trinity, you accept that God is one in three inseparable persons. Therefore all three, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are manifestations of the same God, with the same attributes, including the one of omniscience.

The Bible says that no man knows. At the time Jesus said this He was a man (and God too of course). I feel that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit all know now. Because Jesus is in Heaven with God, and is God, I believe that He knows now.

There is only one God, the holy spirit is a comforter. when Jesus rose from the dead he told the disciples that he would send them a comforter, which was the holy spirit, on the day of Pentecost the disciples received it. The holy spirit also serves as a mind regulator when you become saved. that little voice that tells you and leads and guides you, if you chose to follow it.

There is only one God, and Jesus or the Holy Spirit ant Him. That one God is the God of Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, it is His breath.

The Holy Spirity is Omniscient as described in 1 John 2:20 and John 14:26 and 1 Corinthians 2:10. he is also eternal as described in Hebrew 9:14. He is also Omnipotent as described in Job 33:4 and Luke 1:35 and Romans 15:19. He is also Omnipresent, He is identified with the Father and Son Matthew 28:19 and 2 Corinthians 13:14 and 1 Corinthians 12:4-6. He is also identified with Jehovah in the Old Testament Isaiah 6:8-10, Acts 28:25-27, Jerimiah 31:31-34 Hebrews 10:15-17. He is called God and Lord 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 Acts 5:3-4. Hope this helps those seeking the Kingdom of God.
