okay..I sorta have a boyfriend but nt really he considers us to go out but not like seriously the only time we do anything together is bascally to have sex becasue he tells me if we didnt i would be a waste of a body? Would it be bad to see other people while "going out" with him?

I am going to keep it simple and to the point. Dump this guy and find someone who is not so shallow minded. This guy is a loser and has no future. Really find someone who cares for you as a person, not just as a toy for sex. Think about it, you are being used by someone who does not care for you as a person.
