This guy just start sending messages and calling my girlfriend, she tells me that he is just a good friend and I belive her, but is the guys looking at my girlfriend the same way, as a friend or is he looking for semething else?

It's difficult to say, if he works with her or goes to school with her, they do have something in common, and it could just be a friendship. It is possible to be friends with the opposite sex, without any other motives. Why not offer to go to dinner so you can get to know him too? If there are no hidden agendas, there will be no problem with it.

He's looking for something else sweetheart. I've learned that there is no guy out there who wants to be "just friends" with a woman. Never has happened, never will happen. Unless you're gay. Maybe you should try talking to him instead. Tell him he needs to be a man a own up to what he really wants.
