After you change the batteries, you probably need to hit the button on the base station (connected to your pc via usb cable) then the other button on the bottom of your mouse- you might need a pen to press it. That usually gets Logitech cordless mice working.

it should have a button on the bottom like reset or connect button press that. or hold it in for say 10-20 secs max failing that press the connect button on the mouse reciever
