Nope. Nowhere in the Bible does it say everyone was chosen by God. There would be no need for salvation if that were the case.
Albeit many people who claimed to be saved, do not know what they are saved from.., and I find that as fascinating as I do unbelievable. For example some who claimed to be Saved or Born Again say there is no hell and everyone goes to heaven.
If that were the case (and it is not) then there would be no need for salvation and Jesus came and preached salvation for nothing. They take some dreamer's word for things and assume its true and never fully investigate by studying God's word. They trust the word of man and will seldom crack open the Bible to really read it.
There are others kinds of supposed saved who are not - but I did not intend to turn this into an encyclopedia of those many facets. Much can be learned by PRAYER AND READING the Bible.., starting with the New Testament.

Personally I believe that predestination is through foreknowledge. We have the gift of choice.
"Many are called but few are chosen" I believe the chosen are the few that answer the call

No:
Exodus 11:5 And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the first born of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.
11:6 And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
11:7 But against any of the children of Israel shall not a dog move his tongue, against man or beast: that ye may know how that the LORD doth put a difference between the Egyptians and Israel

No, all are called, but few answer (chosen). Those that are chosen are the ones it is spoken of in Rev 12:14, 14:17.

Every single one of us is chosen by God or whatever we to call the Supreme Being. All the rest is left up to us -- the good, the bad and the ugly. We make the choices to do good or evil.

We are God, or at least we are all part of God and we are involved in a spiritual journey to return to the source of life. Stop thinking in terms of deities and think in terms of universal oneness. The oneness is God.

Not all of us are Elijah's, Samson's or David's but we are all put on this earth for a reason and we should make the best of what gifts we are given by the Creator.
