YES. Weddings are a ton of work and so much stress. After the wedding, there is time to focus on being happy and in love, which is often forgotten during the planning.

ABSOLUTELY! When you are focused on one event for the amount of time that you have to spending planning a wedding, I don't think there is an option at all. I believe we actually said those same words!

ours was more like "Thank God we're finally married!". My husband & I were on a steady relationship for 4 years before we got married and on the day we were just soo excited and happy. It was a perfect day for us despite the boo boos and we didn't care whatever didn't go according to our original plan as long as we kept our focus on what matters most and that was to signify that we'll be together until we grow old.=) It's a day we never get tired of reminiscing.

Instead you should feel, "Thank God someone actually married ME!"

Good luck, most marriages end in divorce nowadays. You may live to see another wedding day or more....

Our wedding day was lovely - everything went how we planned and everyone enjoyed themselves.

A year later, I'm relieved we don't have to go through all that planning again...but it was fun to do it and fun now to be together living our lives.
