It's much easier to control all the earnings you will ever make and redistribute any wealth you manage to accumulate if we keep you subservient. You are allowed in to the country to undermine the unions, take jobs away from the native population (because you'll work for less and bend over for the RFID chip and National ID card), and help the Ruling Class's corporations post larger profits.
It's all about control. Why would I let you develop when I can seize your entire population and put them in servitude to the true rulers?
Do not accept the National ID card and do not let them assign an RFID chip to you...citizenship (or permitted residency) is not worth it.

It's so easy to shift blame to anyone but yourself. Mexico is an older country than America, and had every opportunity to develop faster than America.
Don't make stupid statements. You said we're stealing Mexican resources. Give examples, what resources ?
Exactly how are we stopping Mexico from developing ?
Mexico has elections. US does not appoint any government officials in Mexico.
I won't comment on keeping the caos because I won't know what a caos is.
Why would Mexico pay $ 300,000 for a bomb, and if they did use tax money for it, just exactly what does that have to do with America ? If Mexico would rather have a bomb instead of education and better health, good luck, don't bellyache.
Instead of sneaking out of Mexico, why not stay and make something of the country, just as we had to with no help from anyone. Don't always look for somebody else to blame.

Don't you believe the governments of all those underdeveloped countries have anything to do with it? They are the ones suppressing the development by not using the foreign aid moneys the U.S. sinks in them every year. If the Mexican and other Central American country governments weren't corrupt for so many years, they would be more developed and not so poor.

What I get is that you are right here in the USA taking great advantage of this great country and what it has to offer; if I'm mistaken, tell us where you are. You mention Mexico, but I see you as an instigator right here amongst the Americans.

First of all Latin countries are not apart of the United States of America, they are a Nation unto them selves as we are, just because they are South of America dose not make them America's problem, just like Canada is north of America dose not make Canada our problem, it is a nation unto it self. I don't no what they are teaching in the schools in the countries that are south of America, but they are not apart of America. They have their own inept and corrupt governments that spend the money they get from taxes on them selves and do not reinvest in their country, it is not our fault the your governments hate their own poor so much and don't want to spend one penny to help its own people, their are no social services for the poor, no programs to help their people get jobs, the government will not set a livable wage for their people, it is the corrupt governments you people let stay in power that keep it's own people down. the countries south of America have had the same amount of time, since America was founded to build their own countries. it has taken us 300 years to get where we are to day, what has your governments been doing all this time, nothing except lining their own pockets, even Santa Anna was a dictator to his people and corrupt, so don't go blaming the U.S. for your inept governments. I am sick of people from other countries blaming all their ails on the United States, the countries south of America like Mexico have tons of natural resources which they do not no how to develop to help their own people, they would rather get pay offs from criminal organizations, and encourage and make maps for their poor to come to the United States so they can send money home to feed their families, Mexico gets over a billion America dollars a year from the illegal Mexicans that come here. they are hurting our economy by sending all that money out of America so don't give me that bullsh*t. Mexico is corrupt and opressive to their own people so clean your own house before you critize some one else.

It isn't the USA's fault Mexico hasn't developed. It is the responsibility of those countries to implement strategies to help THEIR people rise in the economic and financial world. If Mexico signs ageements with the USA or any other country they should stand by those agreements just as the USA must stand by ours. If Mexico feels an agreement is not in its' best interest then they should not sign. You should not blame all Latino countries' problems on the USA. You should look closer to home; in your own country.

You know what? The other countries signed those trade agreements just as ours did. Bit ch to your own rich and exploitative businesses. Like us, you will probably have less luck with that than at enforcing your own laws. We have laws and we can enforce and strengthen them. Our laws do not have direct bearing on where private businesses draw labor or employment. Our schools are failing and it is an emergency for our children, having our schools so degraded. We aren't going to fail to enforce our laws because you like breaking them.
Going back further, we all started with indigenous populations and European transplants. What on earth has Latin America been doing with itself these last hundreds of years that it fell so far behind the US and Canada, to begin with?

i dont understand how usa is preventing these other countries from being more developed, more and more jobs are going to mexico, I have been there several time to train and help develop the workers down there and these are semi technical jobs. How about the fact that the officials in these other countries are corrupt.

When those countries begin to take responsibility for themselves, then they will prosper.
By the way. America is a sovereign nation.
North, Central and South America are sub-continents.
Get it straight.
