Watch her vomit (and poo...) for worms. If she has them, you will see them. She needs worm pills if you do. It's nothing big. Totally treatable.
If it's a hairball she will hack...hack...hack..like she's trying to cough up a hairball. Try putting margarine, a blob of it, onto her paw. She will lick it off and that helps get hairballs to come out faster and easier. A good treatment for any cat, lifelong.
Lastly, it could be more serious. Heartworm? Did she eat a plant or something else in your home that is poisonous? If it continues, she becomes sluggish, gets too mean...take her to the vet.

It could be urine blockage (maybe it is not her stomach that is fat but the bladder). You must go to a vet immediately, because if it is that it needs immediate care. If he is peeing properly it could be something to do with the stomach, still needs a doctor.

it sounds like she could be constipated. go to the petstore and get some laxatone or hairball remedy. give your cat a good dose of that. you can also try some canned pumpkin or mineral oil, metamucil will help as well. if by tomorrow you don't see any results take your cat to the vet and they can do an xray and see if there is an obstruction that may need surgery.

It could be a lot of things. It could be hairballs because she is shedding. Give her some hairball rhemedy and see if it improves.
It could be that the food is not right for her. You might need to change the diet.
It could be she is pregnant. Is she fixed?
