Because he is Inivisible. Most people live on the physical plane so they cannot comprehend a formless entity like God.They want physical proof for everything. They cannot go beyond the body level as it requires abstract visualisation.
They are not even aware of their own mind & its functioning , then how can they know God ?

The beginning of what? Life? Christianity? Time?
The end of what? So far I havent seen and end to anything. Im still here so my end hasnt come yet. So, how can something be the end of everything if the end hasnt gotten here yet?
You base your beliefs on a BOOK. The stories in theis book were written many, many years after the stories supposedly happened. Handed down through word of mouth, from generation to generation until someone finally wrote them down. You ever played the game "Telephone" when you were a kid? Whenever I did the sentence that started out at the beginning was NEVER the same as when it started. NEVER. Usually when it got to the last person it was nothing but intelligeble nonsense. Pretty much like the Bible is today. So, you base you Beginning and End theory on something that can not possibly be the same as when it started. Wake up.

Unfortunately, people just don't want to think there is some one they have to answer to. If you can't see something, most people think it isn't there. And those who think there might be something rarely accept the idea that there is any such thing as an Absolute Truth. Most people want to have all options open to them at all times to fit their own changing desires. They figure, as I once did, that since there are so many different opinions on who God is or if He even exists, that none of the possibilities are true or even worse that one is as good as the next. With all the war based on religion, many are coming to the conclusion that all mention of "god" as a whole should be done away with. There is only one way that is right, because it would be a schizophrenic thought to think they all were, what with all the fundamentally conflicting beliefs between the various schools of thought. It is always easier to do away with a problem rather than deal with it. So those who think of themselves as intelligent just call God Santa Claus for adults and scoff at those who actually try to rationally figure out for themselves the answer to the question of God. To get from atheist to accepting the infinite existence of our Creator Whom stands at the beginning and the end is a difficult journey for those too close-minded to try.

Maybe because they have had a bad experience in the so called "church:" setting. Or they just do not understand. I pray for those which ever the case is that they may come to know the Lord. He is the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end.

The beginning and end of what? It is hard to accept an idea that I cannot even begin to understand. Please explain.

Moreover, if god is the beginning and the end, then so what? How will (or should) that change my behaviour? Do tell.

If they accept God as the beginning and the end, that would mean a beginning of the end of their godless lifestyle.

Because it negates our concept of time, be it linear or vertical in nature. It also negates what we know about the universe. It is not stagnant. It continues to expand.

Given these parameters, to have no beginning or no end would indicate that you exist outside of time. It would also suggest that growth is impossible because movement under this set of criteria is impossible. How can you have a "living" god within this set of circumstances?

There is no proof or against the existence of a deity or deities so why should I accept this blindly. I believe I will know only after I die and I am fine with that. Apparently it is others who aren't but I can't help what other people think.
